Beach Sulak Partners' full service Civil Engineering, Surveying, and Consulting Firm is dedicated to building lasting client relationships one project at a time. BSP has been in business since 1990, providing engineering design and surveying services for Muncipalities, School Districts, Water Supply Corporations, Universities, and the private sector. We pride ourselves first and foremost in providing customer satisfaction. In fact, over 85% of our gross revenues are attributed to repeat clientele. We are committed to providing innovation in design and meeting tight schedules, and we are dedicated to our industry and local community involvement.

The firm was founded 18 years ago by Anthony D. Beach, P.E. as strictly a Civil Engineering company. The firm integrated topography surveying services in 1995. A second office was opened in Waco, Texas in 2003 after much deliberation and careful planning. The new office was established within its geographical area to cater to the expanding customer base. In 2005, Jed Sulak, P.E. was added to the BSP team to operate the Waco office.
Currently, BSP employs a dedicated staff of 13 individuals, including 2 professional engineers, 1 engineer in training, 2 project managers, and 4 civil design technicians. The production staff is supported by an administrative staff including a business manager, marketing director, and general administration personnel. BSP also has a field survey crew equipped with the latest state-of-the-art survey equipment and software. Our firm's founder and current president attributes the firm's success to "delivering projects on time, on budget, and with little or no construction changes."

BSP's employees enjoy the challenge and work environment. "Our turnover rate has been almost zero," according to Vice President, Jed Sulak, P.E. "Our management philosophy is that the employees are our biggest asset, so we offer a 100% company paid health insurance, a company retirement plan and generous vacation schedules."
BSP has adopted an aggressive in-house training program. We have instituted various lunch seminars in which every employee is encouraged to attend and participate. The luncheons are used as a means to train employees in new methods and design techniques. Each of BSP employees are trained to know exact step by step proceduresthrough which every successful project must travel.

BSP employees' innovative problem-solving abilities, commitment to detail and customer responsiveness have directly contributed to the firm's success. We encourage building strong relationships with our clients through listening to their needs. A deep understanding of the client's needs asisst us in determining the most appropriate plan ofaction. The plan may include verbal recommendations, full engineering analysis and reports, or indication of the need for development of a new project including surveys, design and complete contract documents. |

What makes BSP stand out among engineering firms?
It is not by accident that our firm size is at the level it is today. It is are a result of over 18 years of experience and planning that culminated with what we believe is the best size firm to provide the highest customer satisfaction balanced with competitive professional fee cost.
Each project is assigned to one of our principal licensed engineers. This engineer will be involved from the project's conception, contract negotiations, to the occupancy of the project by the client. This provides a single point of contact during the design life of the project.
In contrast, the "Mega" firms provide high profile experienced engineers during the proposal contractual stages, but at project design "kick-off" the engineering services are typically shuffled to the lesser experienced design staff. The large firms project an image that the entire assets of the firm will be devoted to your project, but in reality, the large firm designates a design team that is similar in personnel and often smaller and less experienced than the BSP design team.

Professional Industry Involvement
All of the firm's professional employees are encouraged to be involved in the industry's professional organizations, including ASCE, TSPE, and NSPE. Our firm's President, Anthony D. Beach, P.E. has served as president and Branch Director for the Central Texas Chapter of "American Society of Civil Engineers."
BSP strongly believes in giving back to the people that have made us so successful, our communities. We do this by being active within the local community Civic Clubs and community youth interaction. The company also encourages its employees to take part in the community's educational programs. Several employees have donated time to speak at local career days in grade schools, high schools and colleges to discuss engineering career planning, as well as speaking on engineering design topics at the local community college. Mr. Beach has been teaching "Civil Engineering Technology" to students at Temple College since 1997. The class serves as a springboard for students interested in entering the world of Engineering and Construction.
Mr. Beach also has been an active member of Rotary since 1993. Mr. Beach was the 1999-2000 club president for the Temple Rotary Club, a 100+ member club within Rotary District 5870. Mr. Beach served on the Rotary Club board of directors for 5 years, and on numerous projects and committees. Our newest partner, Jed Sulak, P.E., was invited to be a member in the Waco Rotary in 2006.
