BSP is trained and qualified to manage projects for local governments that obtain state or federal funding through TxDOT. We have fully qualified staff and resources to meet this requirement, and an in-depth knowledge of the LGPP (Local Government Project Procedures) that TxDOT uses to guide and monitor the program.

Site Development

BSP recognizes that the execution and performance of a development project can only be as good as the planning behind it. Accordingly, our staff assists clients in establishing and using goals and assessing options to meet those goals within an engineering context. When a tentative land-use plan is established, we undertake due diligence review and feasibility studies that address a full range of pertinent considerations. We investigate all ramifications for proposed strategies pertaining to Land Use, Development Density, Environmental Issues, Subdivision Regulations, Zoning, Drainage, Streets, Water, Wastewater, Utilities, and Other Infrastructure Concerns.

Meeting requirements on time and within budget

Meeting schedules is in the best interest to your project and our company. The majority of BSP's clients are public entities with strict budget requirements, and they often do not receive funding approval until the last minute. In order for us to compensate for this unavoidable reality, it is necessary to have construction documents out for bid on a tight time schedule. By having a full array of design professionals in-house and fluid communication between design teams, conflicts are quickly resolved, and project delays are eliminated.

We believe the project is not complete until the owner is occupying or using the facility. BSP is convinced that construction support throughout the project to address contractor questions and concerns is essential to a successful, on-time project. In a conflict arises, BSP coordinates with the contractor and owner and solves the problem with a team approach to keep construction moving.
